Employees at A/S Ajcon Entreprenør- og Ingeniørfirma are usually qualified as follows:
Contract Managers:
Constructing architects with a diploma taken at the Vitus Bering Centre of Higher Education in Horsens, Denmark with special studies such as building and construction. The course takes 3½ years. Course participants are usually trained artisans.
Bachelors of engineering with a diploma taken at the Vitus Bering Centre of Higher Education in Horsens, Denmark. The course takes 3-3½ years. Course participants usually have an upper-secondary school-leaving certificate or they are trained artisans who have completed a 1-year entrance course.
Contract Managers are given full responsibility for the carrying out of turnkey projects.

Secretary/wages clerk:
Qualified office assistant with a higher commercial examination.
Warehouse manager/caretaker:
Qualified blacksmith.
Fitters:
Qualified carpenters, joiners, blacksmiths or insulators.
