The history of A/S Ajcon Entreprenør- og Ingeniørfirma begins in 1975, when Børge Madsen, after six years as manager of a large firm of contractors, initiated the establishment of Preco Holding A/S.

In 1984 A/S Ajcon Entreprenør- og Ingeniøfirma took over the operational activities of Preco Holding A/S, which then continued as a holding company.

Since the beginning of 1975 the company and its employees have, to a considerable extent, left their mark on the expansion in the Danish food industry. The great expertise gained by our employees forms the basis for the continuation of the company´s activities and for the continuous development hereof.

We are proud to say that our references have resulted in many new constracts throughout the world.

Concurrently with the activities in our contracting companies our property company has built and converted properties comprising a total of 19.956 m2 as follows: 6.772 m2 of commercial rental properties in England, 9.058 m2 in Denmark and 4.266 m2 in Poland.

Moreover, Ajcon has bought 178.000 m2 of land for industrial use in Denmark and 181.465 m2 in Poland.
